phil3uh Posted August 7, 2008 Report Share Posted August 7, 2008 Hi All, I'm thinking about a surrey top for my 4a but have been confused with the various ones on offer.Genuine second hand ones seem to fetch around £1000/£1500 so that's out.Moss,Rimmers and Honeybourne mouldings all pffer replacements.Apparently the last of these differs from the genuine quite a bit. The Moss one is in pieces but (I think) uses glass as oppossed to the Rimmer one which uses perspex but is (I think again) is preassembled.I got feedback from the TR6 forum,yes I posted this in the wrong area by mistake! that the Moss one is easier to paint ,but I've had no feedback from anyone who has purchased one of these and fitted it.Someone out there has the answer , or even one for sale?
