GL Derek Hurford reports: "I would like to start off by thanking everyone that attended the Rising Sun Woodland and the Halfway House at Willand meetings, but particularly Roger and Mo Stone for arranging the Sunday lunch at the New Inn Sandford Courtenay. Sadly I was not there but I understand it was a great success, as usual when Roger and Mo organise an event. They had a really good turnout, with over thirty members with their cars mainly TRs, I think it would have been a full complement of TRs had Chris' engine rebuild gone to plan - hopefully he will be back on the road very soon.

Since the last report Phil Tucker has again completed the Torbay trial and Land's End MCC trial; I am pleased to say that I was able to be part of the Torbay trial which I enjoyed immensely.

We have been very lucky with the Easter weather this year and hopefully you managed to get out and about. Sadly I have had the dreaded flu then a few days after getting over that I damaged my back so I have been unable to attend our events and Easter was spent lying on my back most of the time. Sorry if you missed me…I wish!
