If you want something that will virtually last forever then visit your local Fire Station and ask if they have any lengths of withdrawn plastic coated canvas delivery hose you can have. I've (naturally! ) used this on my TR. This hose is absolutely weather proof and everlasting. (The reason for withdrawing this 'everlasting' hose is because it's probably burst under very high pressure). All you have to do is cut it to shape. (Very sharp craft knife required!). Tom.
