Nene Valley TR members participated in a fantastic day out organised by friends in the Leicester group. Over twenty TRs arrived at the museum and became the main attraction for the day! Recommended venue, excellent array of trams and workshops in a period setting.

Great day out at Bicester Heritage Museum-lots of TRs on display as well as a huge variety of classic vehicles and aircraft.

Photos a bit shaky-must have been the lemonade! Great night at our April meeting-nice to be raided by the Leicester group. The quiz and raffle were enjoyed by all, as well as the sausage and chips.

After a decade of dedicated work as Group Leader Rob Isaacson stood down at the end of 2016 and Phil Pope was elected Group Leader, with Mike Scott as Treasurer. As a token of their appreciation for Rob's efforts over the years the group presented him with an engraved tankard. Rob continues to play an integral role in the Group, with a wide range of events and activities being planned for this year.

A summer visit to TRGB-great fun, though TRGB are maybe too good at finding problems you didn't know existed! Seriously though, better to fix it before it gets worse!

The Pistons and Props event at Sywell Aerodrome, September 2015, was a great success with some wonderful vintage war plane displays to add to the classic car exhibits and a wide variety of interesting items on the trade stands.

The Earls Barton Classic Car and Bike Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of the month from April to September and Nene Valley TR attend regularly. The meetings are a great way to view a huge variety of classic vehicles and have a relaxed chat with the owners and other visitors (http://www.classiccarmeet.co.uk/)
