LVG Midweek meeting

With the weather turning warmer (just), there were 25 attending our May midweek evening meeting this month. We went to the Green Man in Shepreth, which just happens to be right next door to Robsport, the local TR & Triumph specialist. Imagine our delight when we arrived, to be greeted by Simon Hebditch, the owner of Robsport, who proceeded to buy everyone their first drink of the evening. Thank you Simon, much appreciated.

The turnout of cars was good too, with one TR3, three TR4(A)’s, two TR5’s and four TR6’s. 

Another highlight was the first appearance of Paul & Julie’s TR4A. A recent acquisition and a car to replace their rather magnificent MG TD that is now up for sale. They have seen the light and the Stelvio Pass is beckoning.
