Kennet Valley TR Group invite from Chiltern TR's 19th November

Kennet Valley TR Group have been invited to join Chiltern TR's on their visit to the Museum of Rural Life at Reading University on the 19th November. The idea is to meet in the café which is on site sometime late morning, circa 11:00. (it's close to Royal Berks Hospital).

The MERL reopened in October 2016 after a £3million redevelopment project, which radically transformed their public displays.

The new Museum challenges perceptions about rural England by revealing the historical and contemporary relevance of country life. Come and discover their new interactive, immersive Galleries which explore questions of identity, environment, technology, culture and health.
