Kennet Valley TR Group exercise their TR's to visit Weald & Downland Museum

Seven Kennet Valley TR Group members exercised their TR's on the May mid monthly to the living Weald & Downland Museum, Singleton, West Sussex starting out from Nelson's Diner after a heart breakfast.

A great place for a pit stop, Nelsons Diner, Kingsclere, Hampshire.

A pleasant route through Hampshire and West Sussex countryside, via Basingstoke, Alton & Midhurst, keeping off the beaten track. to the museum where there was a reserved parking area set out for us.

Then a tour of this very interesting site of how we used to live and a picnic for lunch before heading back dodging the showers.
