Guest tr7fire Posted January 28, 2006 Report Share Posted January 28, 2006 (edited) thanks for your replys Jim and Stevew, unfortunatly im still trying to locate a five speed rear axle with solid mounting points, does anyone know the where abouts of such an item or if there is another axle that can be used, i can travel to collect. some one must know of someone whos converted to V8 and still has the old axle lying around. i would be grateful for any information leading to getting my 7 back on the road where it belongs. thanks for taking time to read Neil Edited February 17, 2006 by tr7fire Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Jim It is quite common now Jim,I bet over half of the axle we remove need repair work.Worth removing the axle stop brackets and checking underneath. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
