tr3aproj
I am currently installing the brake line from the restrictor valve in the front to the rear differential. The line goes through the X-frame at the rear. There are two holes, one is about 1.25"X1.5" while the other is 5/8". I have not been able to find a photo of the brake line traversing either hole. Does any one remember which one is correct and is there a grommet to protect the brake line? Thanks
RandallD
I am right at that stage of the project on my 59 3A as well. The line goes through the 5/8" hole, and yes, there originally was a grommet. Here is one picture of the original line routing, you can just spot the grommet: Regards, Randy 64 TR4 59 TR3A in progress
