I am trying to find this car as i imported it and spent a fortune on it ie 153 bhp at the wheels it was a strong and proper car my daughter who is a bit older now and can remember the car well would like to find it where it is ?

Hi ntc, it would be worth contacting DVLA Swansea, for a very reasonable fee (I think it's around or under a tenner), they will supply details of current registered keeper. You have to satisfy certain conditions that you have a valid reason for requiring the details, eg you need to contact the CRK to pass on photos, history of the car etc., or the vehicle forced you off the road (or if you know one of the boys in blue very well, a PNC check may be possible - they're not too keen to do this lately, because of Data Protection Act etc. and they have to supply a location where check is being carried out. I will try to find the DVLA link for this sort of enquiry and post it here for future reference - or someone else may have it to hand and save me some time!
