    We have a HP printer which has become blocked. There is no paper or anything else in the printer to cause a problem in the new house. The cartridges will not move and I am sure that it is a simple problem but the HP virtual assistant was no help. It has worked at home for many years with no issues. It is HP ENVY 5532. ( CN4A7363ZH ) and has only had home use daily for many years. It is not working in the new house and the ink cartridges will not move. There is a short message on the screen " Improper Shutdown use the on button to turn off the printer " If anyone has any advic
