  1. Kidney pads are very easy to make.

    Cut out a pattern out of cardboard. Once fitted trace on to 1/4" plywood sand the edges apply cotton badding with spray adheasive. I then covered mine with the material from the back of the seats I just replaced I then folded the material over and stapled on the inside. I also removed the old piping from the seats (Note making fresh piping is easy if you have a sewing machine)and attached to the new panels around the outside. Easy 2 hour project.

  2. I replace mine last year and have a set (front and Back with medallion bars 1972 TR6) I would like to donate them to someone. On a scale of 1 to 10 the bumpers are an 8. The medallion bars are in worse shape and I would only give them a 4. Let me know if you are intrested.

  3. Does anyone have experience installing seat upholstery kits? I purchased mine from Victoria British with foam kits but there are no instructions. The old seats on my 1973 were obviously the wrong kits and not much help on how to install the new ones.
