[Ever dream of finding a 'forgotten' TR6?]

Looks like there is an extra low first gear cog there too.

Never mind the low gear cog, where on a 6 did they put the PTO for driving those flat belt pulleys?

new on here, looking at buying a tr6, what are the problem areas with these cars

where should i be looking for serious stuff, are parts easy to get hold of?

For valueing, the Register publish an excellent TR Price Guide, I just recieved a copy from Towergate Insurance as part of the "agreed valuation" assesment. I can't see a link to it from the website so it's probably not available on line, you would probably have to call the office. It could be useful for haggling, especially with dealers!

Had my 6 about 5 weeks now and enjoying every minute.

Take a leaf out of Andrew Smith's book and fit aero screens. You won't need wipers then. They might look a bit odd on a 6 though!

Could also have the advantage that passengers have to keep their mouth shut!

Anyone any experience or advice re the wipers, drove my 6 in the rain recently and couldn't see a bl**dy thing (despite new blades), enjoyed every minute though!
