Hi thanks for the info.It came out of a tr4 i bought over 30 years ago for spares (hardtop etc). I still have the old logbook (i think) so could check the engine numbers. It was also fitted with a oil cooler

I've had this engine for 30 years and just noticed a probe in the side of the sump.Is it for oil temp.?
