I have now fitted one off an old engine and if I have problems in the future with that I will get it refurbished.

Has anyone else had a problem with new water pumps? I fitted a new one in the spring ready for this summer and its scrap now the bearings are worn and it’s sprayed water over the engine bay and under the bonnet. Is there a dodgy batch.

I used a 13lb long reach radiator cap
bought off eBay, haven’t had any problems so far with this cap.
