Kop Hill Climb Festival

Kop Hill Climb Festival

Used as a hill climb venue from 1910 until 1926, Kop Hill was a major motor sport occasion, for both bikes and cars, which regularly attracted all the famous racers of the day, such as Malcolm Campbell in 'Blue Bird', Raymond Mays in his Bugatti, Henry Seagrave in his Sunbeam and the wonderfully named Count Zborowski in his 8 cylinder Ballot.

Now run by community volunteers in aid of local charities, today it’s no longer a competitive event, but a moving celebration of the history of the car and the motorcycle. A chance to marvel at over a hundred years of pioneering, mechanical progress powered by steam, gasoline, electricity, eccentricity and innovation.

Kop Hill Climb Festival isn’t just about the fantastic cars and bikes you know. We have oodles more for you to enjoy with great live music, family fun, great food and shopping.

See https://booking.kophillclimb.org.uk/ for online booking.

The Chiltern TR Group, families and friends will be en masse. Do come and join us if you can !!
