LVG @ Shuttleworth D-Day themed Weekend

Ahead of the 80th commemoration of D-Day, Shuttleworth are hosting a D-Day themed weekend, which at the time of writing has 8, C47 variants attending from various parts of the world, including USA.

Although this is not a specific flying display day, there is bound to be some aerial activity and LVG plan on attending on Sunday 26th May, when the C47 aircraft will depart at 3pm en-mass. In addition there will be opportunities to get up close and personal with the aircraft and even get an on board viewing. All this plus access to the Shuttleworth Museum and Swiss Gardens.
We doubt we will get the 15 cars needed to get “Group” parking, but will plan to arrive together, so we are all close to each other. If you want to come, let us know by email to trr.lvg@gmail.com
