TR Register members have been invited to be a part of this celebration and will receive a prime location within the show & shine to put a spotlight on Triumph cars and the TR Register Car Club. As well as the celebrated marque position within the displays, members will get a chance to be part of a celebratory cavalcade on the arena track, with the stunning backdrop of the castle behind.

What's on at the show?

A host of attractions include over 1,500 private classic and supercars on display, motor club and trade stands, an autojumble, craft fair and catering village. This classic car show attracts visitors from around Dorset, Somerset and the wider West Country.

Special displays showcase Supercars, American cars, Rally and Race cars, Hot rods and Custom cars.

The venue could not be better as Sherborne Castle, built by Sir Walter Raleigh in 1594, sits beside a 50-acre lake and 30 acres of gardens designed by Capability Brown, and forms a dramatic backdrop to this immensely impressive show.

The Sherborne Classic & Supercars Show organising team last year presented cheques to a total value of £60,000 to 13 local charities. This being the net profits from the show held last year in 2022.

Each beneficiary had applied online, nominating a specific project for which they were requesting funding, ranging from counselling services for struggling children and their families, vulnerable young people and people with eating disorders, to the provision of floodlights for a youth centre and completion of a Mens’ shed.

The main beneficiary of the 2022 show was Children’s Hospice SouthWest, while other beneficiaries were Yeovil Opportunity Group, Freewheelers, PromiseWorks, Sherborne Area Youth & Community Centre, The Children’s Air Ambulance, Family Counselling Trust, Somerset & Wessex Eating Disorders Assn, The Balsam Centre, Water Survival Box, The Rendevouz Sherborne, Somerset Sight and Sherborne Good Neighbours.
