Meet at Red Well Inn on Carnforth to Kirkby Lonsdale Road B6254   - LA6 1BQ ,  between 10am and 11am. Cafe open for bacon butties tea and coffee.

 Leave at 11am for run through Yorkshire, includes the best panoramic view in Yorkshire. Lunch near Settle via Ribblehead Viaduct. Then back to finish at Crooklands
