Cornwall Group - Late 50th Anniversary Picnic

We hope this is a sign of much better times ahead.
Next Sunday (8th August) we will be holding our picnic to belatedly celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the formation of the TR Register. For the occasion Pete has managed to secure us one of Cornwall's prime locations and one of our favourites, Prideaux Place at Padstow (PL28 8RP).
The plan is that we enter Prideaux Place (having followed the brown tourist signs) through the archway gate and assemble in front of the house at around 14:00hrs. While the house has yet to reopen to the public, the tearooms will be open and the gardens will be accessible at a small charge which we hope will be met by the Register. I understand there may be a very special cake to commemorate the event, but please feel free to bring along your own food and drink.
All Cornwall Group members are more than welcome to come along with their loved ones. If you are a Register member and happen to be on holiday in the area, please come and join our celebration. Obviously we would like to see as many TRs as we can muster on the day, but please attend using whatever form of transport you choose.
