Sunday Run to the Oil Can Cafe, 1st September

The next TR Sunday run is on 1st September. It will depart from the B&Q Car Park in Chesterfield at 10am.

Join us on a route via Bamford to Holmfirth on unspoilt roads with scenery unchanged from the days of classic motoring. A comfort and coffee stop has been organised at the Yorkshire Bridge Inn.

Holmfirth is renown for the 'Last of the Summer Wine' now has a new venue of interest as the 'Oil Can Cafe' has now relocated in the Carding Shed of an old mill. Take a trip down memory lane to a golden bygone era.

There is something of interest for all with a vintage shop, car workshops and classic cars for sale.

The cafe offers drinks and a varied menu.

As a special treat a private workshops tour can be taken (extra charge). However we need to know the number of people wanting to do the tour at the Carding Shed garage as there is a minimum requirement. The last day for registering your interest is Thursday, 22nd August although names will be taken and further details given out at our club night on Wednesday, 14th August.
