TR Register Shropshire Group Summer Tour 2019
It seems as if we've only just got back from North Devon and our horizons only stretch to Christmas but it is surprising how far in advance we need to plan Group Tours nowadays.
For the last couple of years many of you have asked that we arrange a tour to Northumberland. So we will be staying at Slaley Hall Hotel. This is a luxury 4 star hotel located near Hexham. See - www.qhotels.co.uk/our-locations/slayley-hall/ ;
From here we can do some fantastic runs and visit many very interesting places.
This year, we have asked Scenic & Continental Car Tours to arrange the tour for us.
A flyer is attached and this will give you fuller details along with initial thoughts of an itinerary. The latter is not compulsory. If you wish to do your own thing either individually or as a group then please feel free to do so - it's your tour.
Prices for 4 nights half-board (dinner, bed & breakfast) are £359 per person based on two people sharing a double/twin room or £499 per person for single occupancy of a double room. There may be room upgrades available but we would ask you to talk to SCCT about these.
Booking details are explained in the flyer. It is easy to book online. The deposit required is £100 per person rather than the £200 per car shown in the flyer. This will be pertinent to single persons. SCCT's booking form is attached should you need to use it. Please let Roger know once you've booked.
