TR Register Shropshire Group "Turkey Trot 2018"
It's that time again. We've changed the clocks, done the Autumn Run & the days are getting shorter. There is only one thing to look forward to – THE TURKEY TROT!
We will meet at Telford Services, just off the M54 junction 4, TF11 8TG, at 09:30am for a PROMPT 10:00 start. Please bring presents (one per person) for the draw – something inexpensive and fun, outrageous or useful.
There will be a festive run (ie decorate your cars), via Cannock Chase, to the Staffordshire Christmas Fare at Uttoxeter Race Course
Afterwards, we will drive to The Aston at Newport, TF10 9EJ, for a Christmas Lunch. Please see the attached Menu. Lunch is priced at £18.95 per person for 2 courses & £21.95 for three courses. Would you please give your lunch order to David by club night 14th November. Payment is required with your order – cash or cheques payable to "TR Register Shropshire Group" only please. Leave Uttoxeter Race Course
Arrive at The Aston, Newport, TF10 9EJ for Christmas Lunch at 15:00.
After lunch, there will be the usual draw for presents and, of course, the quiz. It is hoped that we will be able to discuss some of the proposed events for 2019.
