Meet at The Red Lion in the High Street at 10.30am for coffee and start
Suggested parking in the nearby National Trust car park SN15 2LG
which is pay and display but free for members.
The treasure hunt will take you around this historic and largely unspoilt village,
much used as a filming location for productions including Cranford, Larkrise to Candleford, Downton Abbey, Moll Flanders, Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Wolf Hall, Harry Potter etc. One section of pathway can be a bit muddy after wet weather so suitable footwear required.
