Meet 10.30am at Oakham Treasures for coffee in the on-site café before exploring their most fascinating and extensive collection of collections which includes recreated shops with all the period fittings and goods on display, tractors and other vehicles, post boxes, AA related items, tools and probably the largest collection of enamel signs anywhere. Just google Oakham Treasures (images) to get an idea of the extent and variety of this really powerful dose of nostalgia.

Please note the visit is on the Saturday as the venue is closed on Sundays.

Admission: Adults £8, Seniors £7 and if we can muster a 20+ group £6.50 pp.

A short run afterwards to the Costa del Somerset for a late lunch overlooking the sparkling blue waters of the Bristol Channel at the Moon and Sixpence Inn, Clevedon BS20 7SP situated on the front, almost opposite the pier.
