Red Rose Summer Run - The National Memorial Arboretum
Our summer run this year is on Saturday August 5th and is going to The National Memorial Arboretum with a meal on the way home for those who wish to join us.
We will be meeting at Tescos in Congleton at 9.30am for a 10am departure, we suggest we run in small groups as with it being a Saturday and the route back may include some busier roads and roundabouts trying to convoy may be difficult.
There will be a 30 minute coffee stop on the way at a lovely garden centre and we should arrive around lunch time at the Arboretum. There is a café for lunch or bring a picnic as there's plenty of space for relaxing.
We plan to leave at around 4pm for our run to the Pub for evening meal.
We need some pre-planning on this run re car-parking, pub etc. so we need your forms in by July 9th – Thank you
