Red Rose Group - The Antrobus Arms to Abbeywood Gardens Run
RED ROSE ABBEYWOOD GARDENS RUN SUNDAY 9th July 2017
Join us Sunday 9th July for a short run through the Cheshire Countryside to Abbeywood Gardens Oakmere.
Abbeywood Gardens has lots to offer including acre upon acre of woodland, 6 Acres of informal and formal Gardens, all different and distinctive in their own right. Wildlife walks incorporating 27 acres of mature and newly-planted woodland and tea rooms.
Cars will be departing from Antrobus Arms Northwich (CW9 6JD) at 1:45 pm after the monthly group meeting.
The run is approximately 25 miles passing through Great Budworth, Northwich, Hartford, Whitegate, Little Budworth, Oulton Park, Eaton, Tarporley, Utkington and Oakmere arriving at Abbeywood Garden around 3pm were tea has been pre booked. Entrance to gardens is £4.50 per person.
The gardens close at 5pm leaving plenty of time to enjoy the grounds and also the large plant sale.
We will need to confirm numbers for the refreshments and it would be appreciated if you could email trredrose@hotmail.com to confirm if you would like to join us on the run no later than Wednesday 5th July.
