Engine rebuild plan

I am planning complete engine rebuild because engine power has been decreasing on every dyno run. And I have not yet opened the engine bottom end. I made pressure test for all cylinders and there are differences larger than 0,7 kg/cm2.

I think these figures suggest at least problems with cylinders one and two.
