The International Weekend 2016

The first ever International Weekend to be held at The Lincoln Showground was well supported by a total of fourteen members and cars. We were lucky to have the benefit of good weather and with the exception of a few problems the whole weekend appeared to go well. The Friday night drinks and entertainment were, as last year most welcome, this followed over the weekend by a varied range of entertainments and events.

Our own group BBQ held on Saturday evening was followed by a visit to the main hall for the band and dancing with all our members behaving in the very best possible taste, well done ladies.

Our Group Leader joined the ranks of major TR parts suppliers as he shared his vast stock of spares with the public, The bulge in his jeans got bigger and bigger as the event progressed, no doubt much to the pleasure of Lyndsey, who I am sure will receive her share of the sale proceeds after her sterling work on their stall

The trek home commenced Sunday afternoon with to my knowledge no mechanical problems for anyone only a few slightly wooley heads.
