You will have to wait for TR Action for Hamish's full report from Southport but this taster illustrates some of the effort that goes into promoting our sprint and hillclimb championship.
Knowing that the entrance list was low, Hamish Roscoe took the opportunity to liaise with Michael Ashcroft, the event organiser, to offer his services of an on track VIP demo run.
Michael was grateful and took Hamish up on it, so he ended up driving Billy Hui, the High Sheriff of Merseyside, up the track (at reduced speed) between a couple of batches.

Naturally, he loved it.
Both Hamish and Chris Linforth competed in the event, Chris in his immaculate and fast TR6 and Hamish in his black TR3A.

Both have published in car videos from the event

You too could join in and enjoy using your car to it's full potential. read our getting started guide.
