Welcome to Somerset Triumphs which was formed around the end of 2001/beginning 2002 with a core membership of TR owners. Since formation, the group has grown and members' vehicles include historic and classic vehicles of other marques as well.

The Group is a quite informal and relaxed affair, but holds regular monthly meetings at the Knowle Inn at Bawdrip at 8pm every second Wednesday of the month. Come on your own or, as several of the Group enthusiasts do, with a partner. Some partners in the Group are individually both members and classic owners. All are welcome to join in events and social functions.

We also have a closed group and page on Facebook.

There are activities with other clubs, Sunday lunch gatherings, organised runs and tours, car shows, motor sport meetings – plus short breaks both at home and abroad.

The Group has a wealth of classic 'grey hair' to add to the support available from the TR Register website. So if your interest in ownership of a classic is something new for you, then you are welcome to come along to the meeting or drop by at one of the shows for a chat.

Malcolm Dillaway was Group Leader for 3 years, stepping down towards the end of 2013. Alan Harold joined the Group in 2012 and took over the role on with the continuing and welcome support of Malcolm and the other members until passing the baton on to Mario Hickley, a long standing member of the group. So you can see we are a very inclusive and accessible group.

New enthusiasts are always welcome at Somerset Triumphs.
