Well the sun has finally arrived and we are getting out and about. It is fun to display your classic car and even more fun if there are activities to experience rather than a day of simply sitting next to it. The Nene Valley media presence is growing exponentially as Steve Denton goes wild with the Go Pro-check out the most recent videos on You Tube of the Stilton Run and the Castle Donington Historic Festival. We had a great Drive-it-Day on the Stilton Run, tracing the old Stilton delivery route through numerous villages, culminating in a drink and a natter in the village of Stilton itself, and the Donington Historic was great, with a mini-heatwave to keep us from shivering at speed! As I write we are looking forward to many events, especially a run-out in the local counntryside early in June. We are hoping to show a good number of cars at Coventry Motor Museum on Sunday June 10th-happy to welcome folks aboard so get in touch if you would like to display your car.
