SUMMER BBQ

This session will include the Group's summer BBQ (pre-order please) and a chance to observe the partial solar eclipse live! The British Isles haven’t seen a deep solar eclipse since 2015, but on 12 Aug up to 96% of the Sun will be covered by a new Moon. Then a few hours later, the Perseid meteor shower will reach its peak in moonless skies. What better location to observe this astronomical phenomenon?
