Our July meeting will take a slightly different and much more relaxed format this year, as we swap the usual gathering for the Kennet Valley Group Summer BBQ.

We’re delighted to say that Christine & Duncan Bradley have very kindly offered to host the event at their home, providing the perfect setting for an enjoyable afternoon of great food, good company, and plenty of TR chat.

This will be an afternoon event, giving everyone the chance to make the most of the (hopefully!) fine summer weather.

To help us plan and cater accurately, please could you let us know if you’re coming by booking a free RSVP ticket on the event webpage. It only takes a moment and really helps us ensure there’s plenty for everyone.

What to expect:

• KVG will be supplying the meat for the BBQ

• Please bring along a side dish to share

• Let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements, do bring what you need

• And of course, don’t forget to bring along your own preferred drinks

There will be a small charge for Non-Members of £3.00 per head

It promises to be a fantastic, informal get together and a great chance to enjoy the summer with fellow members.
