The Glavon Avon Tour (Tulip Run) Sunday 4th October

Everyone who attended last year's Tulip Run were blown away by the organisation and fantastic run.  Obviously these things don't happen by accident so the organisers (Russ Cooper, Oliver Tomlins & Phil Critchley) have been diligently sorting this out and now need to know numbers.

The Tulip run starts at the Cross Hands, Old Sodbury (BS37 6RJ), meet at 8:30 onwards for tea, coffee or breakfast as desired. If you want breakfast, it would be best to book via the hotel on 01454 313000.

The first car will be away at 9:30 am and then at minute intervals until all cars have gone.  Luckily the Cross Hands has a big carpark so no problem with how many cars turn up.

The run includes a coffee stop and a lunch stop before finishing at Portishead.  This route is approximately 100 miles so make sure you fuel up.  There is a garage about half a mile north of the Cross Hands so no excuses!

Now even if you are just vaguely interested at the moment, please, please, please, email Phil Critchley to confirm on tr4alpine@gmail.com and he can include you in the numbers.  It's important to do this so the organisers can have the right number of instructions and know that everything will work with places on route.
