Cornwall Group February Afternoon Run

February 2022 Afternoon Run. For our outing this time we will visit another of our favourite destinations, The Bowgie Inn (TR8 5SE) at West Pentire near Crantock.

It is understood that the car park we have used for meeting at Penhale is now under a new regime and we would not wish to incur any parking penalties. As a result we will meet at 14:00hrs in the lay-by on the Eastbound carriageway of the A30 between Summercourt and Penhale. If you will be approaching from the East, leave the A30 and follow the signs to Summercourt. There you should turn right at the traffic lights on to the A3058 and then shortly turn right again on to the A30 (Bodmin) . Proceed to the lay-by at the foot of Hamburger Hill. Leaving there we will take another of our scenic routes to the Bowgie hopefully arriving at around 15:00hrs.

We hope that weekend rain will have washed any salt off the roads and we will enjoy another afternoon get-together. If you are unable to use your TR, feel free to attend in whatever vehicle you choose.
