Kennet Valley Group made a fantastic showing at the ever-popular Hungerford Classic Show, arriving in style in a fine selection of TR sports cars that once again proved just how much appeal these machines continue to hold.

While we were unfortunately spread across the show field rather than grouped together as a single display, it did little to diminish the impact. In fact, it arguably worked in our favour, with TRs popping up across the event and catching the eye of visitors at every turn. Time and again, members found themselves chatting with enthusiastic members of the public many sharing memories of past ownership, others keen to learn more about the cars and the club.

The event itself was a real success, with around 200 classic vehicles in attendance spanning a wide variety of marques and eras. Trade stalls offered plenty to browse, food vendors kept everyone well fuelled, and a backdrop of great live music created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day.

Despite the lack of a central club stand, the Kennet Valley Group presence was strong, visible, and warmly received. It was another excellent opportunity to showcase our cars, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and fly the flag for TR ownership.

All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable day out—and a reminder that wherever they’re parked, TRs always draw a crowd
