Our run around the Trough of Bowland is on Tuesday September 15th starting at the

Longlands Hotel Carnforth LA6 1JH to depart at 10:30 so ideally be there for 10am.

Lunch is at the Waddington Arms.

They need food orders 7 days in advance. The orders should include starters ( if required) , Main Courses plus any sides and deserts if required.

It's important the sides are included with any mains to ensure prompt service and availability.

I know this is early to email out but we are away for 2 weeks due to the wedding and I don't want to forget
