The Annual LVG members meeting was again well attended. For the first year in many, we even had our Regional Co-ordinator present. Thanks for coming Roger.

Around 40 members and guests got to hear about all the great things the group did in 2025 and also what the new committee are considering for 2026. The Treasurer reported that LVG funds had improved over the year (up by a vast £1.78) after £545 was ploughed into members benefits and Phil Sanford, our Group Leader held proceeding together. Annual LVG awards were presented and a signed print of a TR2 OVC 276 on Rallye International des Alps in 1954, was auctioned off.

After the formal meeting, we all enjoyed a wonderful meal and continued chatting throughout the afternoon. By the time the last people left, darkness was descending and some of the 6 TR’s that turned out had to use their candle lights to find their way home.

Another great start to a New Year and we are all enthusing about warmer (and dryer) weather that Spring and Summer will bring.
