New Manor Farm Shop - 4 January 2026

Oh we are a broad church, not a single Triumph turned out for this event, but 18 of us enjoyed our first meet up of 2026, with a hearty breakfast at the New Manor Farm Shop near the southern end of Chew Valley Lake. We usualy go to the Greedy Goose Long Ashton Cars and Coffee for the first Sunday of the month but the cafe was closed for a Christmas and New Year break, so someone (Rob and Jerry), on the Friday before, thought we could try somewhere else and suggested the New Manor Farm Shop. Saved by WhatsApp, we had 15 wanting to go by Saturday morning, so I booked a table, but, they wanted a pre-order for so many, WhatsApp comes to our aid again and we had 18 pre-orders. 

Three of us had our soft tops out but at 1°C we all had them up. 

The cow was just obstinately standing under the cover set up for Christmas, but she looked pretty friendly.

The café was great, and the food was brilliant.
