Brunel TRs and Clevedon Cars & Coffee - 8 Aug 2026
09th August, 2026
What a great turnout everywhere, but on the sea front Salthouse Fields in particular. There were several TRs up at Six Ways with bonnets up attracting the enthusiasts as usual. At Six Ways roundabout there is a replica of one of the original Stephens cars which was an early British motorcar made in Clevedon, Somerset, between 1898 and 1902 by engineer Richard Stephens. Operating from 26 The Triangle, in the town centre, his workshop built around 12 advanced vehicles, including pioneering independent front suspension, and capable of 40 mph. At this event we were treated with the presence of one of the original cars which drove around the Salthouse Field and stood on show up at Six Ways for us to have a good look.
This was the last display on Salthouse Fields lawns for 2026 and was made available to all Porsche cars and there were probably over 40 of all ages on display.
