The first sitting is at 1:00pm and the stated start time is to allow members to arrive and have a drink (obviously non alcoholic) and socialise before eating. The second sitting starts at 16:00pm. The Wensum TR Group will have exclusive use of the pub during the day.

All menu choices will be collected and will be sent to the pub electronically. The pub will set this up in their till system. Each person can add drinks to this on the day.

A raffle will be organised to raise money for an events shelter and a reflection of the clubs year will be visible.

Place cards will be handed out to members, allowing them to be placed in front of themselves to ensure the waitresses know what you've ordered.
