NEC show organisers change dates avoiding remembrance Sunday

Clarion Events has confirmed a date change for the NEC Classic Motor Show in 2026.

The show will now take place on 13–15 November 2026, correcting earlier dates that were issued and publicised following the close of this year’s event.

Organisers have advised exhibitors, clubs and visitors to update their diaries accordingly. The NEC Classic Motor Show remains one of the UK’s most significant celebrations of historic vehicles, drawing clubs, traders and enthusiasts from across the country each year.

Further details for the 2026 show, including ticket information and feature announcements, are expected to be released in due course.

The date change will mean that next year’s show will be the first for many years that has not fallen on Remembrance Sunday, always a poignant part of proceedings when the vast halls fall silent on Sunday at 11 am.

"In line with its normal show schedule of the second full weekend of November, the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show 2026 will be held at Birmingham’s NEC from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th November. The organisers apologise for any inconvenience this change from the original dates advertised has caused."
