If you have ever fancied a spot of regularity rallying but are daunted by the navigational side if things then the HRCR has come up with what maybe the solution – the HRCR Beginners Championship. These crews will be provided with A4 printed maps to copy onto their own map. Easing the navigation demands should free them up to focus on the challenging task of keeping on the right roads and managing the clocks.
The championship is for crews not individuals and is designed to be a stepping stone towards the HRCR Clubmans (interclub) championship. The rounds will shadow the main championship and use the same events, route, timings and test venues. The difference is simply there will be no plotting for the beginner crews.
So come on, get that sump guard fitted (recommended not mandatory), check out the regulations and join in the fun.
