The Plan
Coffee 10:00 at Powderham Bistro. Leaving at 11:30 for a 30 minutes drive to the Smugglers Arms, arriving at 12:00 for a carvery.  The restaurant has a no dog policy. A pre order is required for the size of plate per person (eg Childs, standard or extra large).

by the 4th October. I now require numbers 2 weeks before because pubs are struggling to accommodate us when it may be 15 or 30 attending. This helps us to avoid having to pay deposits.
