Red Rose Bulletin - January 2019
RED ROSE JANUARY BULLETIN
Happy New Year everyone. I hope you all enjoyed the festive season and are looking forward to the 2019 calendar of events.
The Red Rose year ended with the Christmas lunch at the Cock at Budworth on the 9th December which was extremely well attended with over fifty sitting down for what proved to be a delicious meal. Christmas jumpers and hats were worn and there was a great atmosphere. We had a bumper addition of the raffle and collected for our chosen charities.
Plans are well underway for the New Year with the Red Rose AGM on the 13th January which will include details of many of the planned events for 2019, review of 2018, Red Rose awards (with a number of new awards), committee elections, the much awaited facebook draw and a 2019 questionnaire. Hopefully as many of you as possible will be able to join us at the AGM for what will be a light-hearted and enjoyable meeting.
AGM Agenda, voting slips and copies of Red Rose Ramblings 2018 annual will be available at the meeting.
The following committee members are standing for re-election and all Red Rose Group members are welcome to join us at the AGM and place their vote. We are always looking for new volunteers and suggestions for what the club can do, so don't hesitate if you want to stand for any of the posts below or to get involved contact Jonathan or Caroline at trredrose@hotmail.com

Red Rose Facebook Group
Thank you to those who have joined the Red Rose Facebook group in 2018. We now have over 100 members and the facebook prize draw will be taking place at the Red Rose meeting on the 13th January.
Why not join? We will be announcing event details and updates through the year on the facebook page and all TR Register members are encouraged to join and share details of their cars and events they have attended. All facebook members who put up a posting in 2019 will be entered into next year's prize draw.
Red Rose Calendar
We still have a few copies of the calendar left at the bargain price of £5 so it's not too late to secure your copy. If you can't make the meeting just email us at trredrose@hotmail.com and we will post one out to you
