Glavon Group at Hawkesbury Upton Bonfire - 2nd November 2024

The theme for the bonfire is chosen each year by local school children and this year it featured Robert the Robot, attended by real life mad scientists who of course escaped the eventual conflagration! An excellent fireworks display followed and there was an impressive array of drinks and other refreshments available.

The Glavon folk then made their way across the road to The Beaufort Arms for a delightful meal. Many thanks go to the many volunteers who made it all happen and raised much needed money for charity
