Our December event isn’t a car run, but a Christmas Party night. This year that fell on 8th December. We had guests from Red Rose Group in the form of Martin & Lynne Hills and Chris & Sandra Briggs. For this year’s event we were guided to the Beverley Golf Club by Martyn Bell. We had a room to ourselves. With 32 present we were full. The food was good with an area available at the disco in the next-door room. We hold our party on this weekend each year as the next day is Beverley’s Christmas Market. This is the biggest one-day Christmas market in the country. Many of those who have stopped over after the party can be found wondering the market in a dazed state, with the range of goods on display (definitely not after effects from the night before).
