Once
again I start a message with a big thank you to Bob Bell for
organising a great drive on the April Showers /Drive It day, fourteen
of us enjoyed great weather and a drive through the forests around
Thetford before a very good meal at Elveden. For those of you not
there I do trust that you were able to get your TR out and enjoy the
day.
There
is a local car show at Rickinghall on 22nd of May (saw the
poster on Drive It day) so have contacted the organiser to see if any
spaces available for a club stand - will let you know as soon as
possible.
Similarly
have been contacted by Glemham Hall re their show on 4th
September, just waiting for confirmation of how to book. Classics @ Glemham
In
respect of the 50th Anniversary meet at The manger can you
let me know if you would like to attend as we will need numbers for
the Bar B Q this is on Sunday 5th of June at The Manger -
currently it looks as if we have about 80 cars coming form
surrounding Groups.
Finally, has anyone out there have a rear light cluster reflector glass that will fit my 6 as mine has literally fell off during Drive It Day (must be the potholes).
