Three Things
1) Back by popular demand and for one morning only (in this year) it is the Breakfast Meet. Date is Sunday 24th of November and venue is Brown's Café at 1 Swaffham Road, Mundford, Norfolk, IP26 5EH. You cannot miss it as it is on the roundabout on the A134, the time is breakfast being served at 9.30 so arrive about 9.15. As I will need to advise them of numbers AND meal choice please let me know at Club Night or by phone 01787-282176 or e-mail Trmessagestewart@hotmail.com. Choices are Full English £7.45, Veggie £5.95, Bacon and eggs £5.95, Just eggs (2 eggs on toast) £4.50 or breakfast sandwiches of bacon or sausage £4.50 or sausage bacon and egg £5.95. Please note breakfasts are only as served so if you do not like (for example sausages) they can be placed on my plate!)
Yes it is out of our normal area but we are a car club and this may be one of the last chances for a good blast in the TR before the snow falls.
2) Talking of using our cars do not forget Rob's Autumn Leaves Run. This is Sunday 13th of October, meeting at 10.30 at The Stag café just off the A14 at Haughley turn off. If you have not booked already please give Rob a ring on 01359230978 or e-mail reaslea@btinternet.com as soon as possible as tables need to be booked.
3) Oil-gb autoservices operate a Club Discount scheme of which we are now members. This offers a 15% discount on their wide range of products from Millers, Morris and Penrite. To benefit the minimum order is £75.00 with payment by immediate bank or Card Payment on order and you will need to state that you are a member of the TR Register. You may have seen them at shows with their green lorry and both Debbie and Graham are mines of information when it comes to oils. So if you have a need for oil why not come along to club night when we can place a bulk order.
